摘要：In this paper, Holliday and Pacuit's goal is to analyze ``reasoning about decisive coalitions'' and formalize ``how the concept of a decisive coalition gives rise to a social theoretic language and logic all of its own''. They give a correspondence between Arrow's two conditions and axioms about decisive coalitions. They demonstrate this correspondence with two type of results: representation theorem and completeness theorem.
