摘要：Formal learning theory is a mathematical framework for scientific reasoning and inductive inference. It deals with the question of how to use observations from the environment around an agent to arrive at correct conclusions. In this talk, I will introduce the basic idea and methods of formal learning theory, together with its recent development.
